1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website skillmantra.ai, enrolling in our training courses, attending our mastermind workshops, or registering for our tools and templates, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. WhatsApp Communication & Notifications
SkillMantra uses automated and manual WhatsApp messages to send joining links, room passwords, calendar reminders, fee receipts, and course updates. By checking the consent box during registration:
Consent and Opt-In Policy
- Explicit Opt-in: You grant us permission to send you updates, automated reminders, and mastermind materials on your registered phone number via WhatsApp.
- Notification Types: Messages include transactional alerts, Zoom/webinar room details, password notifications, and promotional updates related to our AI masterclasses.
- Opt-out Right: You can revoke this consent at any time. Simply reply with "STOP" to any WhatsApp message, or contact our support team at support@skillmantra.ai to be removed from the broadcast list.
3. Course Access & License
Enrollment in our courses grants you a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to view course materials. Sharing login credentials, downloading copyrighted videos without permission, or redistributing our masterclass curriculum is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments for workshops, cohorts, and premium programs are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay). Unless stated otherwise for a specific program, all sales are final. Discretionary refund requests are handled case-by-case by our support team.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this portal—including text, graphics, logos, video lectures, AI toolkits, code scripts, and curriculum structures—is the intellectual property of SkillMantra or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or exploit any materials without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
SkillMantra teaches the integration of third-party AI platforms (such as OpenAI, n8n, Make, etc.). We are not responsible for service outages, data collection, modifications, or errors introduced by these external platforms. All educational material is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
