We retain your personal data as long as your SkillMantra account is active. Certificates, program achievements, and completed training records are stored securely and permanently for your professional verification requirements.
5. Third-Party Tools & API Services
Our training curriculum involves the usage of 500+ third-party AI systems and platforms (e.g. OpenAI, Make, n8n, WhatsApp API, EnableX). While we teach how to integrate these tools, we do not own them and are not responsible for their individual privacy models. We encourage you to review their policies separately.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, edit, or delete your registered data at any time. If you wish to close your profile, request a complete export of your student transcripts, or revoke your consent for WhatsApp notifications, please contact our support team.
